Lucy & Jay Cullison May 2008	We are back from honeymoon after a fantastic two weeks in Malaysia, and slowly getting back to reality after the wedding!! Jay and I just wanted to say we cannot Thank you enough for all of your help, advice leading up to the wedding, your quick response to my emails and I know there were alot of them, and calm nature whenever I was worried or anxious about things made planning our wedding reception such a great experience. On our wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly service. The food was such a high quality and everyone has commented about how wonderful the wedding meal and buffet was. Our wedding seemed to run like clock work, but I am well aware of how hard you and your team worked on the day to ensure it ran perfectly. I am so glad we found Hampton Court Palace Golf club for our wedding venue, It took us a long time to find our venue as it is such a big decision to make. Once we had seen the golf club we fell in love with the place, beautiful views and stunning surroundings sold it to us completely. The function room upstairs at the Golf Club worked brilliantly for our 80 guests for the sit down meal, and the effortless move downstairs for our evening reception was just perfect as I loved the fact that we had a dance floor area and plenty of room for our guests to sit down in the lounge area. We really cannot thank you enough for making our wedding day so wonderful, and unforgettable. We will defiantly recommend HCPGC to anyone who is looking for a perfect wedding venue
Alex & Doreene Addo 24 May 2008	We would like to thank Hampton Court Palace Golf Club for making the reception of our wedding so amazing! When we first found this venue we were overwhelmed with how much was on offer and at such a reasonable price. The venue is modern, fresh and has just the right decor. Our guests loved the park and deer upon the winding entrance to the golf club. We found James extremely helpful with the arrangements of the reception itself, he gave very good suggestions where needed, even for things we had not thought of ourselves. They did an excellent job of setting up the tables for dinner which was upstairs. We used the main part of the clubhouse for our cocktail drinks, which they set up outside as it was a lovely sunny day. We were privileged enough to be able to ride in the golf carts to the long water with the swans to have or pictures taken, which was one of the highlights of our day!   All the staff at the venue were extremely friendly and helpful, and very attentive when we needed anything for the day to run very smoothly.   The food was something which myself and my husband took the most time to decide on as we wanted to create our own menu. James was very patient with us as we had changed our food menu 3 times. The food we were served on the day from our personal menu was excellent, the presentation, and taste it achieved was what we wanted and more. Hats off to the chef!! Our guests were so impressed with the food, they all wished they could have fit in more but were all thinking about their figures after much preparation for the wedding.     We would definitely recommend this venue as it is an amazing place and setting for an amazing day such as a wedding.

Alan & Gill Brewer 01 Mar 2007	We would like to thank Hampton Court Palace Golf Club for making our daughter’s wedding reception such a success. We found them helpful with all the arrangements and for the reception itself, nothing was too much trouble. The food for the sit down meal was perfect for the evening reception we had cheese and fruit and this was beautifully displayed. The staff were pleasant and discreet at all times. We took a long time deciding on the venue for our daughter’s reception. Such an important step to take as it will be remembered for all time. Our daughter and her betrothed loved Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. The drive through the park en route to the Club is beautiful. Plenty of parking places, so no problem there. During the reception even the deer came and joined us – curious beasts that they are! All added to the magic of the day.
Fiona McHardy and James Bay 19 Feb 2007	We chose the Hampton Court Palace Golf club for our wedding reception because of the stunning location. The park with glimpses of deer and beautiful photo locations was a treat for us and for our guests. We also used the Palace’s carriage and horses which are stabled in the park for our wedding which made it extra special. Our pictures at the Long Water with the palace in the background made us feel like royalty.   We also chose the venue because we were able to have a drinks reception outside and the room in which we had the food was spacious enough for all our guests 90 including 12 small children.   On top of this the staff at the golf club were brilliant at arranging everything we wanted for our reception. They were very flexible about the menus and accommodated all our requests. They did a marvellous job of setting up all the tables as we wanted them even with some last minute changes!   The food we were served was really nice and very reasonable. Our guests were all impressed with this wonderful venue which is so hidden away from the buzz of the London traffic. It was lovely for them to be able to stroll in the park and for the kids to run around. We would highly recommend this venue if you want professional service in a beautiful setting.
Mark and Steph - November 2006	My new husband and I would highly recommend HCPGC. I organise conferences as part of my job and have to say that I found the service and professionalism of the staff better than in some of the leading hotel groups! We had very specific ideas about how we wanted our day to run and were not disappointed from beginning to end. During the run up to the wedding I asked James Elster our contact and Manager many questions to which he responded quickly and with no issue. I imagine every wedding held at the venue to be unique, something which is helped along by James'' ability to know when to make suggestions, his unflappable nature and accommodating service from all.   We organised a coach to transfer our guests from our ceremony to the venue and they all enjoyed the views from the main gate, the grounds are well kept and you have the added attractions of the Palace in the background and herds of deer. Mark and I also had our photo’s taken together half way down the Long Water with the palace and swans in the background.   The venue is modern, clean and tastefully decorated, we used the main part of the clubhouse for our champagne and evening reception and a room upstairs for our meal. The main bar has the added advantage that the dance floor is to the side separated from a seating area by pillars. This allows those who wish to sit and have a chat the opportunity to do so, and still be able to see your embarrassing family members throw shapes around the dance floor. By not completely separating the bar from the dance floor the party atmosphere is still kept very much alive!   The food was suburb, James spent a lot of time with us discussing options and we chose to serve our wedding cake as desert. It is always a worry when catering for large groups of people that the standard of food will be compromised, this was definitely not the case, everything tasted fantastic, was hot and beautifully presented.   For the evening party a finger buffet was provided, it was reasonably priced, delicious and we were not pressured when deciding how many people we should provide for.   We had seventy people for dinner and a further sixty in the evening, the venue held this number comfortably and the bar was well staffed and stocked.   For the Bride and Groom, the order of the day and making sure everyone enjoys themselves can take some of the fun out of the day. This was not the case for us and can honestly say this was due to James and the team at HCPGC, our day was truly perfect the sun even shone in November!. If you chose HCPGC for your reception venue you will not be disappointed.
Julie & Cedric 17th June 06	From our first visit to Hampton Court Palace the guys couldn’t do enough to help us. The guys were extremely kind and patient with all our requests and even helped with new ideas and recommendations. On the day we had the most beautiful weather and the temperature soared. The staff worked so hard for us despite the heat and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could enjoy our day without a care in the world. The food was divine, the location was beautiful and James and the rest of the guys were brilliant!
Gillian & Stefon	We felt like we had the whole park to ourselves and our guests, were impressed by the beautiful grounds and the deer roaming the around the park. The building was clean, fresh and modern with a lovely lawn area for the drinks reception. The choice of menus was very flexible and extremely well priced. We chose to have our wedding cake as dessert which was beautifully presented, beyond anything we would have thought to ask for. The bar was well stocked and everyone commented on how lovely the wines and beer were. Our unusual request to have Sambuca shots to toast the speeches was not a problem for the venue too! The serving staff were polite, nothing was too much trouble. James the Catering Manager was extremely professional and gave us lots of advice to make our day special. Everything ran to time and we are confident that if anything had gone wrong the staff would have dealt with it without concerning us. Our table decorations were expertly laid out by the staff meaning we did not have to get over to the venue in the morning or night before. It was extras like these that made HCPGC a cut above the rest.

From the planning stages right through to the end of the night everything went very smoothly. The venue is great as it offers the flexibility of outside space, indoor bar area and separate function room all within the beauty of the park. We even had a white deer in the car park on arrival! The food was delicious and served promptly to all tables.
